Children Traveling Alone

Children who is under 11-14years old and traveling alone will be considered Unaccompanied Minors, and unaccompanied minors must get the service that airline agents help them to board the flight.
Reservations must be confirmed to the destination. The child must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult until the child has boarded the flight and the aircraft has departed the gate. The child must be met at the destination by another parent or responsible adult.

For going to Japan

Under 5years old child will not be accepted for traveling alone.

5 through 7 years old can board the direct flight with this service.

For All Nippon Airways, Japan Airlines, and United Airlines
8 through 11 years old can boad connected flight (same airlines) with this service.

For American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Northwest Airlines
8 through 14 years old can boad connected flight (same airlines) with this service.

*This service isn't needed for a child who travel
with 12 years old person or older for United Airlines, All Nippon Airways, and Japan Airlines.
with 15 years old person or older for American Airlines
with 18 years old person or older for Northwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Continental Airlines.
*Unaccompanied Child cannot get child discount ticket and has to pay the amount of adult fare.

*A service charge will be assessed for unaccompanied children on all flights.
