UNACCOMPANIED MINER SERVICE for 15y

Children who is under 11-14years old and traveling alone will be considered Unaccompanied Minors, and unaccompanied minors must get the service that airline agents help them to board the flight.
How about 15 years old kids? They are considered as "young adult," but for traveling to out side of the U.S., they have to not only be checked at seculity gate but also get through immigration and custom. It's not so easy for young kids to do by themselves.
So even "young adult" who is over 14 years old can request unaccompanied minor service (by 17 years old).

Airlines which accept unaccompanied miner service for kids who is 17 years old and under.

American Airlines
Northwest Airlines
Delta Airlines
United Airlines

*Continental Airlines doesn't have the service for kids over 15 years old.
*All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines have some rules for the service, so you should buy ticket directly @ airlines and ask them.
